Flame Solutions Ltd is a Coulsdon-based passive fire protection company led by Michael Sully, a BM TRADA third-party certified specialist in fire door maintenance and fire stopping. Michael brings 5 years of hands-on passive fire protection experience to every project. We work with councils, NHS Trusts, housing associations, principal contractors and commercial clients — from high-rise residential buildings (HRBs) and healthcare estates to schools and commercial fit-outs. We supply and install certified fire doors and doorsets from BM TRADA-certified manufacturers, deliver fire stopping and compartmentation using tested certified systems, and close out FRA remedial actions with photographic evidence, product data and door-by-door documentation. Service area covers London, Kent, Sussex, Croydon, Surrey, Sutton, Bromley, Sevenoaks and Crawley. We engage directly with duty holders and building owners, and as a specialist subcontractor to principal contractors. ## Standards we work to. Certified systems only Fire doors from BM TRADA-certified manufacturers; fire stopping to tested details with product data supplied. Installed to schedule Every doorset installed to the manufacturer's certification schedule — hinges, seals, closers and ironmongery as specified. Evidence on handover Photo evidence per door and per penetration, product datasheets, and a close-out pack referenced to your FRA actions. One accountable specialist You speak to Michael directly — from first estimate through to close-out documentation. No formal warranty or guarantee is offered on installations or remedial work. Every job is completed to certified standards with full evidence supplied for FRA and building safety records. ### Credentials — the honest picture Flame Solutions Ltd is a new company.
