Flame Solutions Ltd is a Coulsdon-based passive fire protection company led by Michael Sully, a BM TRADA third-party certified specialist in fire door maintenance and fire stopping. Michael brings 5 years of hands-on passive fire protection experience to every project.
We work with councils, NHS Trusts, housing associations, principal contractors and commercial clients — from high-rise residential buildings (HRBs) and healthcare estates to schools and commercial fit-outs. We supply and install certified fire doors and doorsets from BM TRADA-certified manufacturers, deliver fire stopping and compartmentation using tested certified systems, and close out FRA remedial actions with photographic evidence, product data and door-by-door documentation.
Service area covers London, Kent, Sussex, Croydon, Surrey, Sutton, Bromley, Sevenoaks and Crawley. We engage directly with duty holders and building owners, and as a specialist subcontractor to principal contractors.

The BM TRADA third-party certifications for Fire Door Maintenance and Fire Stopping are held personally by Michael Sully, registered under his associated company Sully Form Ltd. Michael owns both companies, so this certified expertise is genuinely brought into every Flame Solutions job — we simply describe it accurately rather than presenting it as a corporate accreditation held by a brand-new entity.
