1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of the Flame Solutions Ltd website and the basis on which we issue estimates and deliver services. Contract-specific terms for any works undertaken are agreed in writing at the point of engagement and take precedence over anything on this page.
2. Website content
We aim to keep information on this website accurate and up to date, but it is provided for general information and does not constitute professional advice for a specific building or scope. Specifications, certifications and product data referenced on our services and area pages reflect the credentials Michael Sully holds personally and, where noted, those registered under his associated company Sully Form Ltd.
3. Estimates and quotations
An estimate is provided based on the information you supply (FRA, drawings, photos, site walk). It is not a binding quotation until confirmed in writing following a site inspection where required. Prices exclude VAT unless expressly stated.
4. Services delivered
All installation and remedial work is delivered to the certified standards and manufacturer schedules referenced in the relevant service description. Handover documentation — product datasheets, photographic evidence and, where applicable, door-by-door records — is provided on completion.
5. No warranty
We do not offer a formal warranty or guarantee on installations or remedial works. All work is completed to certified standards and evidenced accordingly. Manufacturer warranties applicable to installed products are passed through to the client where offered by the manufacturer.
6. Insurance
We hold Public Liability insurance of £5,000,000, Employers' Liability insurance of £10,000,000 (Temporary Employers' Liability £5,000,000) and Professional Indemnity insurance of £100,000. Certificates are available on request.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law. Subject to that, our liability is limited as set out in the written contract for the specific works.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, imagery, layout and branding — is owned by or licensed to Flame Solutions Ltd and may not be reproduced without permission.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
